Recherches en cours

Je travaille sur les enjeux sociaux, économiques, politiques et technologiques liés aux innovations en  matière de technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC) dans les pays développés et industrialisés. Mes domaines de spécialisation comprennent les thèmes suivants: les TIC et le développement international, le commerce électronique, la gouvernance d'Internet, les politiques en matière d'information et de communication, le gouvernement électronique et les réseaux de la connaissance.
