Recherche en cours

Mon programme de recherches porte sur l'expérience de l'immigration et en particulier sur la situation des immigrantes en provenance de l'Inde et de l'Asie du Sud. Je m'intéresse à la communication interpersonnelle et à la construction identitaire en milieux de travail. Je fais partie d'une équipe de chercheurs qui complètent actuellement un rapport pour le compte du  Statut de la femme au Canada portant sur la violence au travail dans les provinces maritimes.
