Recherches en cours
Mes recherches actuelles portent sur la diversité culturelle ainsi que sur les conflits interpersonnels dans les soins de santé. Notamment, je me penche sur les sources de conflit entre soignants et soignés selon les soignés eux-mêmes (du point de vue de l'interprétation qu'ils en font). Je travaille aussi sur l'interaction, ou l'articulation, entre les obstacles structurels, la diversité, la pauvreté et autres problèmes de santé familiale spécifiques au champ de la santé, et en quoi ces problématiquement peuvent influencer les comportements de santé. Mes recherches, multidisciplinaires, s'inscrivent ainsi dans un contexte plus large qui est celui de l'articulation entre croissance économique, communication et santé et environnement. L'objectif étant de contribuer à l'avancement des connaissances - notamment en terme de développement des politiques publiques - sur les multiples enjeux qui se posent dans le champ de la santé (de plus en plus complexe, compte tenu de la mondialisation) et notamment dans les régions d'Asie du Sud-Est.
