Ongoing research

In my present researches, I develop a pragmatic approach of the communication in organizations for understanding:

The mobilization of knowledge in organizations (organizational memory, transfer of knowledge, etc.)
The coordination of actions in work teams (emergency situations, computer mediated communication, interdisciplinary work teams)
The role of technological artifacts (information system, workflow, etc.) and documents (reports, texts, digital documents, etc.) on the teams cooperation and/or coordination
